My Experience
A professional, highly experienced childminder with 25 years of dedication to early years care. I actively update my practice through continuous professional development and regulatory workshops. Backed by rigorous policies and procedures, I provide a safe, responsible, and fully compliant setting where children thrive.

My Availability
*** ADDITIONAL AD-HOC & EVENING SERVICES AVAILABLE ***
Alongside my standard Monday to Thursday childminding setting, I offer flexible, ad-hoc childcare in the parents' own home during the following specific times:
1. OCCASIONAL FRIDAY DAYTIME (Nanny / Day-Babysitter)
• Hours: Flexible daytime hours (e.g., 8:00am – 7.00pm)
• Booking Type: Ad-hoc, occasional, or emergency backup cover only.
• Ideal for: School holidays, emergency nursery closures, or occasional parent days off.
• Please note: I am not available for permanent, weekly Friday contracts or Friday evening babysitting.
2. WEEKDAY EVENING BABYSITTING (Monday to Thursday)
• Hours: From 6:30pm onwards.
• Ideal for: Mid-week date nights, parents' evenings, or work functions.
• Benefit: Complete peace of mind leaving your little ones with an experienced, fully qualified, and first-aid-trained childcare professional.
RATE: £15 per hour for both service.
My Fees
- Childminding from £7.50 per hour
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
Fees & Funding
• Hourly Rate: £7.50 per hour
• Core Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm
• Funding & Vouchers: Government-funded places available & childcare vouchers accepted.
Meals & Snack's
• Food Policy: Meals are not included in the hourly rate. Parents are kindly asked to provide their child's meals and snacks in a clearly labeled lunchbox or sealed container.

Nikki is the best childminder.
My son was with a childminder before Nikki and she really let me down in the way she treated my son. I lost all faith and trust in childminders.
I had to find another childminder and got in touch with Nikki. My son has been with her for a long time now. Nikki is very trustworthy, friendly, approachable, caring, kind, considerate and just amazing. My son loves being at Nikkis and has made great friends there. My son is well looked after in her care. I go to work and relax as I know my son is safe, cared for and having so much fun.
He always comes out so happy when i collect him.
Even though my son has now started pre school where we live, I have kept him going to Nikkis in the school holidays because he is so happy there.
Nikki always makes you feel welcome. Very efficient with all paperwork and invoices. Very professional. Gives feedback of how my son has been and what they have been doing.
Nikki's house is so lovely and child friendly with lots for the children to do.
Not only a childminder but considered a friend.

My husband and I work full time so needed someone reliable, trustworthy and loving for our two sons 5 and 3.
My youngest was at Nursery and he used to cry every day! (Heartbreaking.)
My eldest, going into Reception. (Lump in my throat!)
How could I find someone which could help me with both??
The day My husband and I met Nikki we just knew when we walked in the door that she was "The One!"
After making us feel welcome, showing us the copious amounts of paperwork Ofsted requires and the beautiful learning journeys we didn't hesitate at asking " Great, where do we sign up?"
I decided to pull my youngest out of nursery and send him to Nikki full time.
He now talks about Nikki All the time, even wanting to visit her on the weekends! Always giving her lots of kisses and cuddles.
Nikki is trustworthy, honest and reliable. She is also very active with the boys and gets them outdoors which I feel is very important!
I'm gutted now that our journey is nearing an end however we will always remain friends with Nikki, she's now apart of the family! Thank you Nikki!
