About Me

I am a professional,caring and enthusiastic childminder providing flexible,high quality home-based childcare.I am a registered with Ofsted and a member of Pacey(Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years).I follow the Early Years Foundation Stage Framework accounting for each child's individual learning and development needs.I provide a loving,nuturing environment for your child offering uninterrupted time and freedom to play and explore through adult led and child initiated purposeful play experiences.My activities throught the day include walks to the parks,playgrounds,visit to the library,toy library,local children centres,cooking,creative activities. Plenty of real musical instruments are available in order to inspire and amuse your little one.I am passionate about swimming.I hold a current scuba diving PADI licence (Professional Association of Diving Instructors),do not worry,I won't take your child under water! but SWIMMING LESSONS are available and for babies relaxation sessions in the pool to unwind or help your baby with teething or just to have fun are available, if required.I provide a hygenically clean,healthy and safe home-based environment.I have a wide range of toys and resources.
There is a quiet room for young children for a nap time, and quieter activities are encouraged at different periods during the day for older children.I promote healthy eating and offer a wide range of home cooked meals.
Children are encouraged to think and eat healthily by helping to prepare and participate in cooking some of their own meals.
I will discuss all of your child's needs and requirements prior to them starting at my setting.
My aim is to provide a warm,caring,friendly setting for children to grow and develop safely,and to feel valued and respected.
I aim to work with you to provide the best possible care for your child.
