Superb newborn overnight care

I am so grateful for the exceptional care provided by Charlie, our Night Nanny, during a crucial time after the birth of my son. After a caesarean section and a night in special care due to breathing issues, my son was understandably unsettled. Charlie arrived promptly at Colchester General Hospital and took charge of caring for him, providing one-on-one attention throughout the night. Her calm and gentle approach was instrumental in soothing my son, getting him to sleep, and allowing me to rest and recover.

Charlie's professionalism and expertise were evident in every interaction, and her dedication to her work is truly impressive. Her care not only benefited my son but also enabled me to get the rest I so desperately needed after a major surgery. The positive impact of her care was still evident the next day, as my son was much calmer.

I highly recommend Charlie to any new parents in need of night-time care for their baby. Her kindness and expertise make her an invaluable asset to any family.

Couldn't be happier!

Charlie looked after our 3 month old boy at our wedding from 2pm Saturday through to 10am Sunday. Not only was my son happy and clearly very well cared for, Charlie fitted in seamlessly with my family and friends. She achieved the fine balance between friendliness and professionalism, and knew exactly when it became too much for our little one and took him for some peace and quiet. We received many compliments regarding Charlie from family, and it was evident our little boy felt safe and secure with her. I would highly recommend Charlie as both an occasional babysitter, and as a long term nanny.

Fantastic

I would recommend Charlie wholeheartedly! She is very reliable and has done a fantastic job whenever she has looked after our baby daughter. She is very professional and has sound knowledge.
