Great Childcare Setting !

My daughter Alaia-Rose attended this setting from November 2023 for 6 months, she was treated with with best care!
Where she has a condition which means her eating is not great Carla and team were able to provide a solution to ensure my daughter was getting the right level of nutrition on a daily basis.

Carla was very accomodating to my family needs and was able to make quick changes to have Alaia.

Communication was great with Carla and I would always know what is going on with Alaia whilst in her setting.

Overall a fantastic place for anyones child to go to, Alaia had a fantastic time its a shame we had to leave due to distance to setting and also change of circumstances orherwise we would of happily stayed with Carla.

Reliable Always!

Leanna has been caring for my girls on ad hoc occasions over the last 7 - 8 months.

She has been tremendously reliable and is always caring with my girls!

As a single working parent, i am not always able to give advance notice for everything and Leannas communication has been ‘next to none’ she is super pleasent and is always able to help where she can!

My girls absoloulty adore leanna and loves the cuddles she brings !

She creates great nutriotious meals for the girls and there tea and is an absoloute gem to be around

Unprofessional

I never thought we would be writing this review about this childminder but
her behaviour and mannerism towards myself and my family has been
distatsteful and extremely unprofessional. I am so glad my daughter does
not have to be around this level of care anymore as her true colours were
shown today especially leaving a babies belongings outside where they could
be stolen or damaged. This is not how a ‘registered childcare provider’
cares for a babies belongings. After an miscommunication on her behalf,
yesterday, she terminated my contract with immediate effect as she thought
I was looking for childcare elsewhere.

Unfortunately I would not reccomend this provider at all from what we have
seen over the last two days leaves us dissapointed in many ways she has
proven she cannot manage difficult conversations.

Thank you so much for your feedback and negative review.
My family and I have worked extremely hard to set up a loving, caring environment and have always provided quality care with 100% positive feedback.
But I am not obliged to care for your child out of my contracted hours and on my day off.
Again, I am sorry that this has been upsetting for you and I hope that you can find an adhoc childminder that will suit your needs and last minute requirements.

not efficient!!!

When first contacted Anna she was wonderful and was able to be flexible to suit my needs after when was arranging contracts she bailed on me after I had made arrangements with both work and the nursery, I then arranged again with Anna if she can still accommodate and she is no longer returning my phone calls or messages... so unfortunately highly unreliable. And it's a real shame I have to write this review, but also very annoying
