As a registered childminder, I aim to provide a childminding service that allows children to learn and develop in a safe, secure, home-based environment. Play will be at the center of the child’s learning and development, and a wide range of activities and experiences appropriate to the age and stage of development will be offered.
I use “baby’s days” software to update children’s observation, assessment, and planning. Parents can view their child’s daily activities, observation, next steps via the mobile app the same day.
I am registered with a childminding agency to care for up to six children from birth to 8 years of age. I also offer out of school care for children over the age of eight.
My service is open to all children and families and I am able to care for children with additional needs. I have an outdoor play area and children will also be taken to the local park, shops, and library on a regular basis.

We have a challenging 5.5 year old boy that is potentially ASD (hasn't been officially diagnosed) and can be picky about childminders, nannies - whomever is taking care of him. Bisantha was perfect for our son. Although she only watched over him for a week (Bisantha filled in while our regular nanny was on a break) and didn't have much time for bonding, they got along extremely well. Bisantha has a good way about her - fun yet authoritative that works well with kids. Also, in his short time there, my son visited many local playgrounds/parks and even went on a field trip to the 'Forest School'. We would definitely use Bisantha again.
It took me quite a while to find a childminder, and very luckily we found Bisantha. She picks my son up from Rokeby School on Kingston Hill with a few other boys, and make sure they eat their dinners and quite often reading with my son too. Bisantha is kind, responsible and with a certain discipline with the boys, she really knows how to deal with them. She also offers holiday care when she also organises activities, took the boys to the park and libraries. And I felt quite assured that Bisantha is always there for us, once my son was ill and we were unable to pick him up from the school immediately, Bisantha stepped in and looked after him till we arrive. Thank you Bisantha.
Bisantha has looked after my eldest son since he was 23 months and my youngest since he was 8 months. She looks after them full time and I feel extremely lucky to have found such a kind and caring childminder. The boys are always happy to be dropped off and it has made the emotional challenge of returning to work that little bit easier. She cares for them as if they were her own and I know they are safe and happy whenever they are with her. Recently Bisantha has been preparing my eldest for school and, as a primary school teacher myself, I have been amazed by the work she has done with him. At first I was concerned about him going from a childminder straight to school but the preparation she is giving him fills me with confidence that he will start school happy and prepared. Bisantha has an excellent understanding of the EYFS standards and she has always been very clear in communicating their progress with me. Regular updates allow me to stay connected with the boys even when I’m at work. It will be sad when my eldest leaves for school and will no longer get to spend his day with Bisantha but I know it is a time he will look back on fondly.
I am so pleased we found Bisantha. She is very caring and her whole family have welcomed my son as part of their family. The daily updates and photos help me to feel connected with his day, especially as he doesn't yet have the words to tell me himself! We are expecting our second in January and we will keep using Bisantha while I'm on maternity leave and I am sure 'number two' will love her as much as my son does!
I was waiting for months get back from nurseries, as moved to the area middle of the year; As nothing happened, started to look other options, and find Bisantha on the website; Just wish I have done this much earlier, as my son just loved to go to her place, every day with full of memories, and happiness;
