About Me
Since taking early retirement from the NHS, I decided to become a babysitter for parents requiring childcare. I genuinely enjoy spending time with children, and am a mother myself. My own daughter is grown up now, and studying microbiology in Derby. I am also a animal lover and happy to include any petcare, light housework, and help with homework if required.
My Experience
I worked for over twenty years within the emergency services and the NHS. I was previously a Operating Department Practitioner at University Hospital, Coventry, and then a Paramedic with West Midlands Ambulance. I took early retirement, because the ever increasing demands of the job, along with the very severe staff shortages, made it impossible to continue in my role, and prevented me from being able to visit my daughter as often as I would have liked.
My Qualifications
I am qualified in emergency and non emergency first aid.
My Availability
I have no other work commitments, and can be available for childcare required at short notice.
