About Me
Hi everyone, I am a psychology graduate (1st class honours) from the University of Sheffield and really enjoy working with children. I've learned a lot about child development stages and how to foster emotional resilience in children throughout my degree and experience working with children. I'm caring, fun and believe in teaching and supporting children as much as I can.
I am currently in the process of setting up a business that demystifies coping mechanisms and am very passionate about talking opening and honestly about emotions.
I have a creative background and am part of the National Youth Theatre. I lead an active and healthy lifestyle and love being outside or working on creative projects.
My Experience
I have personal experience with caring for someone with special needs.
From August 2020 to August 2021 I worked as an activity leader for Oxford Active, this required looking after and delivering a range of exciting activities for a group of children aged 3-14 years. DBS checked in order to work in this position.
From March 2020 to March 2021 I worked as an online psychology tutor with Coronavirus Tutoring Initiative in order to help students affected by school closures.
From September 2019 to June 2021 I volunteered weekly with a charity called Snowdrop which which aims to provide long-term support to empower survivors of human trafficking. My roles included: leading toddler group, or supervising young children while their parents are in their weekly counselling sessions
In the years 2018 and 2019 I worked as a National Youth Theatre ambassador at the intake auditions this involved creating a fun and friendly audition environment for participants aged 14-24 as well as taking part in, and leading, the group workshop.
During my time in sixth form, from September 2015 to July 2017, I ran weekly drama workshops for pupils aged 11-13. I also organised and ran several educational work days for junior schools which involved teaching children several forensic techniques.

Psychology up to degree level
Geography up to A level
Drama/ Theatre studies up to A level
Mindfulness and dealing with emotions (including anger management) at all levels
English up to GCSE level

11 GSCE’s:(8A*/3A) English Lit, English lang, Maths, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Geography, French, Latin, Theatre Studies and Theology.
