My Experience

I am a promoted primary school teacher with over 30 years excellent teaching experience in primary schools and am skilled in improving children's learning in all areas of the curriculum, particularly in Literacy and Mathematics. I have worked very successfully with children , to 'fill the gaps ' which were a result of lockdown etc and children have benefitted greatly as a result as well as having a huge impact in their confidence.
I have had a wealth of experience in working with children with a variety of learning difficulties including dyslexia and dyspraxia etc.
My friendly, patient and enthusiastic approach leads to building greater confidence in children, increasing motivation and self esteem and helping them fulfil their true potential. I have also tutored children from private schools to help extend their learning and also have enjoyed a 100 % success rate over the past 25 years in private schools entrance examinations and as a result a number of pupils have been awarded scholarships for two leading independent schools.
