My Requirements

We’re looking for a reliable, caring nanny to become a long-term part of our family’s routine.
We have three children (8, 4, and a baby), and we’d love to find someone who is kind, calm, and genuinely enjoys spending time with children of different ages.

As a family, we value quality time together, a balanced approach to food (we love healthy meals but we also enjoy treats), and a sensible balance with screens — they’re part of modern life, but so are books, play, and getting outdoors.

Term-Time Hours

Morning school/nursery drop-offs (Herne Infants/Juniors & JoJo’s Nursery):
• Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri – 7:30am to 9:00am

Afternoon school pick-ups (Herne Infants/Juniors):
• Mon & Thurs – 2:45pm to 4:45pm

Nursery pick-up at 1pm + school pick-ups:
• Wed & Fri – 1:00pm to 4:00pm

School Holidays
The same overall weekly hours will be worked, but spread across 2–3 days.
Holiday duties include:
• Nursery drop-off
• Caring for the older two during the day

Occasional full-day care for the baby when a Tuesday falls on the 1st or 2nd working day of the month

Additional Optional Hours

As we settle into a routine, we may add 1–2 hours per week of child-related household help, such as:
• Tidying toys
• Keeping children’s bedrooms organised
• Children’s laundry
• Changing their beds
These extra hours can fit in before pick-ups or after drop-offs.

We’re really hoping to find someone who feels like a natural fit for our family — someone who genuinely enjoys children, values balance and calm, and wants a role where they’ll be appreciated and respected.
