My career is defined by a deep commitment to child development, safety, and family empowerment across diverse educational and residential settings. My foundational experience began at a Pre-School, where I specialised in Early Years development, creating engaging, play-based learning environments that fostered essential milestones. I further advanced my expertise as an SEN Teaching Assistant with specialised SEN schools but also as a 1-1 in mainstream schools my, providing high-impact, one-to-one intervention for children with complex needs.
