About Me
I am a mother of 3 lovely children — my girls are 11 and 8 years old, and I have a little boy, Ali, who is 8 months old and will start nursery in January. My husband is a GP. Both my husband and I work 3–4 days a week, so we are home 4–5 days, but we need consistent, reliable help with the morning and evening routines, including school and nursery drop-offs and pick-ups. The girls are wonderfully independent. Our main focus is supporting those busy bookends of the day.
My Requirements
I'm looking for a childminder, nanny or babysitter to cover:
Morning help: 7:45–8:45 am for school drop-offs
After school care: pick-up and care until early evening
Occasional evening support from 5:30 pm when running late at work
Ad hoc babysitting on weekends and school holidays
If nanny, I will need someone with a full driving license and own car, as schools are not within walking distance. We are a very friendly and welcoming family. The girls are easy to get along with and their company is joyful. They are energetic and enjoy a wide range of activities, but are independent with getting dressed for school and preparing for bed at night time.

Lujain and Leen have been going to Nicky’s and Kate’s setting since 2020. They enjoy going there and it is like second home for them. They have a wide range of activities, frequently going to the parks, baking and for Leen the most important part is the messy play in the garden.
Being busy parents with no family around, Nicky and Kate literally helped raising my daughters and they helped me with Leen potty training.
The girls made a strong friendships with the other kids and they enjoy going to Nicky’s more than going to the school 😂
I can’t recommend them enough they are part of our family ❤️

Tugce is very sweet and kind. My daughters and I love her so much 🥰🥰🥰. I strongly recommend her and I am sure every child will love to have her as a nanny 😍😍😍.
