Hello! I’m a caring and enthusiastic Early Years and KS1 teacher with extensive experience in childcare and babysitting. As a proud mum of a 10-month-old baby, I truly understand the importance of creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children to thrive.
I recently relocated from London to Exeter and am now looking for new babysitting or childcare opportunities in the area. During my interactions with children, I like to incorporate elements of the Curiosity Approach — encouraging exploration, creativity, and independent thinking through hands-on, meaningful experiences.
Outside of work, I love travelling, art and photography, which inspire my curiosity and creativity — qualities I enjoy sharing with the children I care for.
My Experience
I am an energetic and dedicated professional with a strong passion for working with children and supporting their early development. My journey in education in the UK began in 2019 in London, where I initially worked as a supply teacher across various primary year groups. This experience gave me valuable insight into different teaching styles and classroom environments. I then progressed into permanent roles as a Year 1–2 teacher, nursery teacher, and reception teacher, allowing me to build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues while developing creative and engaging learning environments. I have also worked as a babysitter for several years, and I’ve really enjoyed taking a toddler on trips to museums and art galleries, play centres, parks, as well as supporting her learning through play and everyday experiences. My favourite activities with children include art and story reading, which allow them to explore their creativity and imagination.

My Availability
As a mum of a calm and happy baby, I know how important it is for children to feel safe, loved, and engaged. Our home is warm and welcoming, with plenty of space to play, explore, and enjoy a variety of toys, books, and learning resources. I’d be delighted to look after a toddler or young child during the week, and I’m also happy to offer occasional weekend care when needed.
