About Me
I'm Ellie and I am 23 years old! I have a newborn daughter and two lovely house rabbits. Some of my favourite things are going on adventures, baking and learning something new! I currently am learning to play the violin and have an interest in learning BSL. I also have 6 younger siblings including three that were adopted and I have helped care for from when they were babies!
My Experience
I studied my L3 in Children's Play, Learning and Development in which I received a MDD. I now attend open University part time to do my BA hons in Early Childhood Development. I worked in nurseries from 2016 - 2021, however decided to step away from nurseries as I no longer support the inner working systems of nurseries as I instead strongly follow a gentle parenting approach and believe that children should be encouraged to be loud and courageous and strongly encourage creativity. I worked with children from 0-8 during this period.
My family were foster carers for 10 years in which we fostered many vulnerable babies from as little as a day old.

My Qualifications
I have a L3 degree in children’s play, learning and development. I have a L2 in paediatric first aid. I am self taught British Sign Language. And I’m currently at Open University studying for my L6 BA honors.
My Availability
Available most of the time but may need specific time to attend appointments for my daughter which are vital to her wellbeing. Will give much notice in advance.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £8.00 per hour
- Nannying from £10.00 per hour (gross)
My fees all cover my petrol, time, expertise, quality and high standard of care.
Nanny rates are higher due to provision of meal times and care times and extra resources.
