My Requirements
I'm looking for a nanny that could have my son from 6.45/7am and would be able to take him to school in Kenley starting in the new school year in September.
He would be ready for school when dropped off and is a very kind and polite kid that is easily entertained. He is 8 years old and will be starting year 4 in September.
I do also have a 2 year old daughter and I would like to find a childminder from the hours of 7am- 1pm

I contacted this provider with a clear explanation of my needs, including the specific times I was looking for, while also mentioning that I was flexible with scheduling. She did not initially address the timing, but instead asked for the child’s age. Once I provided that information, she responded quickly to say the hours were too early for her but that she was available for pick-ups.
I clarified that I did not require pick-ups and that my request was for morning support, as stated in my original message. I also asked again if there were alternative hours that might work for her, but she read the message and did not respond.
I found this lack of communication to be unprofessional. In the future, I would recommend clearly stating the age range and hours you are available for, to avoid misunderstandings and wasted time for both parties.
