Hello, I’m Pelin. I am a qualified and experienced childcare professional with a background in Child Development and Education.
Working with children has been at the heart of my professional life for many years, and it is something I genuinely enjoy. I believe that every child is unique, and I always aim to create a warm, safe and positive environment where children feel comfortable, understood and encouraged to be themselves.
For me, childcare is much more than simply looking after a child. I enjoy supporting their development, building their confidence, encouraging their curiosity and, most importantly, creating a trusting relationship with both the child and their family.
I am caring, patient, reliable and responsible, while still bringing plenty of fun and positive energy into a child’s day.
My Experience
I have over 11 years of experience in childcare and child development. I began my career in Turkey, where I worked as a nursery teacher after completing my studies in Child Development and Education.
In 2020, I moved to the UK and continued building my professional career in childcare. I established my own childcare company, Pelin Childcare and Education Ltd, and have since provided childcare and educational services on a self-employed basis to private families and nursery settings.
Over the years, working with children of different ages and backgrounds has given me a strong understanding of children’s individual needs, routines, emotional development and different stages of learning.
My background in Child Development and Education allows me to combine practical experience with an understanding of how children learn, communicate and develop. I particularly enjoy creating age-appropriate activities, encouraging independence and helping children feel secure, confident and happy in my care.
I am committed to continually developing my professional knowledge through further training in child development, wellbeing and early years practice.

Pelin is a wonderful babysitter! She is reliable, warm, cheerful, and always positive. She instantly built a great connection with our son and quickly adapted to our family's routine, making sure to keep to it.
She is very attentive to our son's needs and moods. She can easily tell when he is tired, hungry, or simply needs a quieter moment, and she always knows how to respond. She is patient and calm, even in challenging situations, and she is always smiling. She brings sunshine wherever she goes, and our son absolutely loves spending time with her.
During the warmer months, they spend a lot of time outdoors, visiting local parks and playgrounds and meeting up with other children. Pelin has built great relationships with the parents of children from our son's nursery, so they often go to the playground together after nursery. It gives our son plenty of opportunities to socialize and makes his afternoons fun, active, and full of new experiences.
The most important thing for us is knowing that our son is spending his time with someone who truly cares about him. Pelin is kind, dependable, and full of positive energy. We trust her completely and would highly recommend her to any family looking for a caring, reliable, and wonderful babysitter.

Pelin helped us look after and entertain our 9 year old daughter in the hotel room as we had to attend an event at the hotel. She was professional, polite and very friendly with the child. She arrived on time, was prompt in replying to messages. I would definitely recommend her.
