Outstanding Childcare

As a first time mum, finding someone I could completely trust with my son was incredibly important to me and from the very beginning Lenka put me at ease.

She took the time to sit down with me and explain the whole process, asking thoughtful questions about my son’s routine, habits, likes and dislikes and really getting to know him before caring for him. It was clear from our first meeting that she genuinely cares about the children she looks after.

What has impressed me the most is how knowledgeable and experienced she is. She’s given me so much helpful advice not just about childcare, but about nutrition, healthy eating, learning through play and ways to support my son’s development. She has taught me things I simply didn’t know and is always sharing practical tips and suggestions that I can use at home. I never feel judged. she genuinely wants to help both my son and me and I’ve learned so much from her.

Since Lenka has been coming to us each week, she has helped my son establish a much better routine. One of the biggest achievements has been helping him settle down for naps in his own room, something we had struggled with before. Her patience, consistency and understanding have made such a positive difference.

She plans engaging, age-appropriate activities that my son genuinely enjoys. They read stories together, draw and colour, play with animal toys and do activities that encourage his fine motor skills and overall development. She also takes him on walks and makes sure he has a lovely balance of learning, play and fresh air. Every activity has a purpose, and it’s wonderful to see how much he is learning while having fun.

One thing I especially appreciate is how well she communicates. Throughout the day she regularly sends me updates and photos, letting me know what they’re doing and how my son is getting on. As a working mum, those little updates mean so much. They give me real peace of mind and allow me to feel connected to my son’s day, knowing that he’s happy, engaged and enjoying himself.

My son is two and very much in the “terrible twos” stage yet Lenka is incredibly patient, calm and confident with him. She knows exactly how to communicate with toddlers, encourage positive behaviour and help them feel safe, understood and secure.

Most importantly, I have complete trust in her. As a parent, there’s no greater reassurance than knowing your child is happy, safe and genuinely cared for and that’s exactly how I feel whenever my son is with Lenka. I never feel anxious leaving him because I know he is in such capable and caring hands.

I couldn’t recommend Lenka highly enough. She is professional, knowledgeable, kind, patient and truly passionate about childcare. She doesn’t just look after children she supports their development, builds their confidence and even helps parents grow in confidence too. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her care for their children.

Lenka has a big heart dedicated to every child

I’m Stefy, and as Chairperson of the educational charity Every Village Matters, I have had the pleasure of seeing firsthand how deeply passionate Lenka is about working with children. Her care goes far beyond her professional role, she brings genuine love, dedication, and thoughtfulness to every child she supports.

Lenka is also a dedicated fundraiser for our charity, actively helping us raise support for children through scholarships and international programmes. She does not only give her time and energy, but also supports children with her own financial contributions. Her commitment does not stop with the children she works with daily, she cares equally about the children we support from afar, always putting their needs first and contributing thoughtful strategies and ideas to improve their wellbeing.

Lenka’s heart for children is real, consistent, and truly inspiring.

Lenka is amazing! Me and the girls took a liking to her straight away nothing but professionalism on arrival. She reassured me more then enough and helped me by establishing more boundaries needed to be put in place, overall great and will definitely be booking in with her again bless her heart.

Lenka

Reliable and kind sitter

I have found Lenka here on childcare and she has been exclusively babysitting our 8 month old girl.

She is extremely reliable and always tries her best to accommodate for last minute requests as well as sessions planned months in advance, which is super helpful to be able to book events such as concerts well in advance and to have piece of mind.

She babysits for us both during the day when I I am doing keep in touch days working both home and out and about (I am in a sales leadership position). She also supports us in the evenings and we have always had a very positive experience.

I appreciate Lenka's interest in likes/dislikes and routines of Josepine and her very kind and calm approach to Josephine. The get along very well and my daughter likes to spend time with Lenka. I also appreciate Lenka's proactive photo updates as well as her responsiveness when I need reassurance everything is well.

Despite the fact that I always offer Lenka to make herself at home, have a coffee/tea and use our TV, she usually comes with a book and a snack for herself and leaves the house in a very clean condition.

Reliable and caring

Lenka is reliable, caring and professional. She is flexible and willing to adapt to what is needed. She was happy to help look after our daughter while my husband was at home cooking and I was out. She's good at identifying hazards and helping us think of alternative ways to care for our daughter. Multiple DBS checks and so many positive reviews are testament to her reliability and capabilities. I would definitely recommend Lenka.

Wonderful babysitter

Lenka is a beautiful and inspirational human being. We are so grateful that she was available for 4 days emergency cover while my son and I were unwell and I really needed support. In those 4 days she managed to identify several areas for potential development in my son. We had some illuminating conversations and I honestly think she should offer parenting lessons! The wealth and breadth of experience she brings to her work is extraordinary. She planned each session carefully and takes a very child centred approach- focusing on education and overall child development and well-being. She is also very conscious about child health and safety. We truly truly appreciated having her with us and don’t think we will be the same again! We really look forward to seeing her again soon ❤️

Reliable, Patient, and Wonderful with Our Baby

We were extremely happy with Lenka. She was wonderful with our 3-month-old—so patient, gentle, and caring. She arrived on time and was very reliable. I would definitely hire her again and highly recommend her to other families!

Best hotel babysitter we had!

Lenka was a great Nana figure for our little one, just what we wanted. Brought new activities and toys to keep our toddler busy and engaged whilst we went out for a concert. She was very professional and communicated with us all through out the evening. Will definitely have her services again when we go back to Manchester xx

Lenka is Amazing

Lenka is simply amazing. She currently looks after our 4 daughters ranging from 3.5 years to 8.5 years. She does the school pickup for us and she safely brings the girls home. She does so many interesting activities with girls at home and teaching. Her child caring is perfect. She has very appropriate rules and the children's behavior has markedly improved. The girls love her so much. She does prepare the foods if the need snack and feed them appropriately. She is very clean and keeps the house very tidy too. Myself and my wife are doctors and we peaceful do our job thanks to Lenka. She is a part of our family.

I was very satisfied that you always provided me with an advanced work schedule (dates and times) and advanced payments. I could rely on this, which helped me feel safe, and I could easily follow my other commitments.

Great service and very professional

Lenka helped me with the care of my son from 2 months to 2 years of age before he started kindergarten. I can say that she always came on time, cleanly dressed and with a big smile. Her service system is reliable, provides good customer service from booking to advance payment. During the two years, she helped me figure out how to set up a daily regimen for my boy and I can say that this gave me more free time for myself. She showed me new alternative ways to deal with colds, high fever, constipation, loss of appetite etc. I was pleased that I did not have to use pharmacy drugs. She showed me how important it is to monitor my child's progress and thus rule out any special needs. She is a very reliable lady who understands her profession and my son was always safe, satisfied and they had a lot of fun together.

Amazing babysitter

We have had Lenka looking after our baby for a couple times now and it has been amazing. Lenka always arrived 15min early, she’s thorough, organised and very detailed. She brought toys to play with my baby, and he’s having fun hanging out with her. We’re very happy to have found her, we know now that whenever we want to have a night out, she’ll take care of our baby and that he’s safe at home. I would definitely recommend her ♥️

Great Experience!

Lenka took care of my 11 month old baby with great responsibility and care. I came from US for an exam for a week and wanted someone to take care of my little one.In such short span, Lenka gave me great confidence and I felt that my kid was in safe hands.She was patient with my kid and walked her to nearby museum and parks. She was always on time and fed her dressed her so well. Thank you Lenka for your service!

Very good childcare service

Lenka is a very lovely lady, she is passionate and caring. She intaracts well with my son and she brings him lovely toys to play with. She is always on time.

And I was happy helping your with setting up the daily regime for your boy. It is challenging to have the first child, so having someone who can help with that is so important for every parent.

Excellent like one of the family

Lenka has been working for over a year. She has been very professional throughout and my kids love having her around. She is punctual, reliable and helps with little extras such as school pick ups and meal preps for the kids. She also plays games with them in the garden, takes and takes them to the park where possible.
I know my kids are in safe hands with her and enjoys her company as they regularly inform me they spend time on craft activity, games etc. I highly recommend her and has never let me down once!

Highly recommend, very professional

Lenka had been baby-sitting my son after school and on some weekends, he really enjoyed her company, as she prepared creative activities for him and they got on very well. She's very professional and communicates well.
