About Me

My name is Laura. I am a qualified teacher who has a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood Development and Foundation Phase. I am originally from South Africa and I am currently working at an Independent Prep school in Richmond teaching Year 1 & 2.

My Experience

As an experienced qualified teacher, I feel that I have the right experience to look after your children to the best of my ability. I have 7 years of nannying and au pair experience both in South Africa and the United Kingdom. I have worked in Early Years settings as a class teacher and have also started up both Reception and EYFS departments. I am a private tutor for both 7 plus and 11 plus exam entry under my companies name ‘Play2Learn’.

My Fees

  • Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
  • Tutoring from £65.00 per hour

My fess are based on my qualification of being a qualified and experienced teacher and therefore babysitting is £12 per house. Tuition fees range from £45 - £65 per hour.
