I booked this young lady for Valentine’s Day. I have her a call and she sounded lovely, she did however ask if her younger sister who is 15 could come along with her. I didn’t see a problem with this at the time so I went ahead and booked her. On the day I kindly asked if we could move the hour forward and she seemed okay about this then she just vanished. She stopped responding to me VIA WhatsApp and still hasn’t even messaged me with an apology. My evening was completely ruined with my partner which I’m still very upset about. She had no respect to even let me know she wanted to cancel which is so unprofessional. My eldest son was also upset as he planned some activities to do with her. Now I feel so uncomfortable booking any kind of childcare again.
