About Me
Hello, I'm a Mum of 3 children all now grown up, I have 30 years of working experience with children having carried out training as a Paediatric Nurse (not a nurse now), worked on Children's wards, worked for the NSPCC helping children with all forms of abuse, have brought up my own 3 children, my eldest is now 25 and youngest is 13, two boys and a girl. I am fun and happy person and adore children, of course I'm also trying to come to terms that my own children have grown up and don't need me as much, which is very hard!
I have had my own business for 11 years and am now available fully to offer my services as a Nanny, school pick up, house keeper, adhoc help, all the things I struggled to get help with when my children were growing up. I'm aware it is such a juggle so I'd love to help.
Children love me and I love children, being fun and bubbly but also a very gentle kind warm person. I love to play, read books with all different voices!! and often can be found pretending to be a dog or a cat playing around on the floor! I'm not a care from a distance at all. I miss playtime with my own children and the down time where they just want to red books and let their imagination run away!!
I am not particularly looking for a full time role as I am still a Mum and I have dogs that I walk and spend my spare time with, but I have a lot of time to offer to help out with school runs or emergency care when something crops up as I'm very flexible in my life.
I an offer ad hoc school holiday cover too and babysitting on an evening ad hoc.
My day time rates of pay are from £15 an hour (if local). Babysitting rates vary depending on location and hours.

• Outpatients Department (UBHT)
• Gloucester and King Wards – (UBHT Eye Hospital)
• Thornbury Nursing Agency – placements included Bath RUH, various Nursing homes in South
Gloucestershire and Home care
• UWE Project 2000 – Paediatric Nursing degree (not completed)
NVQ in Health Care Level 3
My Availability
I am very flexible and can offer most hours on a part time or also ad hoc basis.
