Anna has been helping with our two boys (3 and 1 years old) a few times a week in the evening, after nursery, for a few months now and she is a pleasure to have around. The boys have both grown very fond of her and she makes every effort to ensure they are happy, entertained and looked after. Anna has never let us down, is always on time (and gives us plenty of warning if she think's there's going to be an issue) and has been happy to help out ad-hoc as and when required (assuming she's available). She has made a huge difference to the post 5pm nursery pick up/ work finish rush and our routine would be very different without her.
Anna is a wonderful addition to our family and I couldn't recommend her enough.
