My Experience
I have 4 years midwifery experience working in a hospital setting, I have spent time working with a health visiting team. I have extensive experience working within the early years setting, having experience in nurseries, a primary school and pre school. I worked as a carer while I studied for my degree, which has provided me extensive experience in personal care, medication, nutrition in the forms of hydration and meal prep suitable to the clients needs. I have been babysitting since a young age which is where my love for childcare began, and it has only developed over the years, leading me to gain qualifications in various areas relating to this.
My Qualifications
I have a bachelors degree in midwifery and 4 years experience working in the hospital setting. I am incredibly experienced with newborns. I hold adult and neonatal CPR, I am first aid trained. I have Level 2 Food Hygiene, Level 2 and 3 Safeguarding, and I am working towards my Level 3 in childcare. I also have various other certificates such as safe sleeping, blossoming babies, understanding babies, the role of the key person and understanding radicalisation.
