About Me

My journey in childcare began as a camp counsellor, where I cultivated strong leadership skills and a passion for creating engaging activities that promote both fun and learning. Through this role, I developed the ability to connect with children of various ages and backgrounds, ensuring a positive and enriching experience for each camper.

In addition to my camp counsellor experience, my studies in primary education have provided me with a solid foundation in child development, educational strategies, and effective behaviour management techniques. My coursework has deepened my understanding of the unique needs of children and has equipped me with the knowledge and skills necessary to support their growth and development.

Furthermore, I have had the privilege of completing placements at schools, where I gained hands-on experience working directly with children in classroom settings. These experiences have allowed me to observe and participate in a variety of educational activities, further enhancing my ability to engage and support children in their learning journey.

My years of experience as a babysitter have also played a crucial role in shaping my childcare skills. I have developed a keen sense of responsibility and reliability, ensuring the safety and well-being of children under my care while fostering a nurturing and supportive environment.
