I’m a very lucky mummy and very positive by nature, celebrating daily the fact I am living my dream of having my own family and having much fun along the way!
A couple of years ago I took redundancy from a fast paced corporate position of 11 years. After my maternity leave ended, I returned to the role for just two days per week but it was a distraction from where my heart was so I’m thankful I had the opportunity to leave.
Now my little one is heading off to school, I’m looking to get back into childcare on a term time basis.
I’m available part time and can be flexible on the days, but not weekends.
My Experience
I worked in an MOD nursery looking after 2-3’s but with baby and preschool cover, I’ve done ad-hoc nanny work over the years but mainly, I’ve looked after 9 nieces and nephews over the last 20 years who now range from 8-21!
My Qualifications
No formal education within childcare, I was distracted studying accountancy thinking this was a sensible, secure career choice!
