My Requirements

Thanks to ChildCare.co.uk, we have finally found a childminder for our baby girl within walking distance from our house.
However, we are now looking for babysitters/nanny (unsure if I am mixing terminologies here) near KT4, Worcester Park.
This will be an AD HOC engagement as our work is starting to get full on.
Although for the vast majority of time, we work from home, we occasionally do have to go to the office.
We may just have regular office days or sometimes events at work that require us to stay beyond 5pm till late - 10pm or so. This means that the other parent at home has to juggle things at home with the baby, and we all know that's not right nor fair.
So in order to keep up with the pace of life, we would appreciate some expert help.
Ideally, it would be someone who loves infants - plenty on this website, I know :D.
A baby whisperer of sorts, probably a bit too much.
Someone who doesn't mind a very friendly Labrador, who loves to sniff and lick every person who comes home.
Someone who is empathetic to both the parent and the child - we aren't asking for help so that we can party. In a remote working world, we do need to attend networking events to progress in our careers. We need to keep the ball rolling, the plates spinning, and yet keep our daughter feeling all the love, cuddles and care.
Someone who can be trusted - with not just looking after the baby, but also with being in the house with us.
Currently, we only expect needing this help during weekdays as we tend to dedicate weekends with our baby.
