My Experience
I was 11 when I had my first sister and then an additional two. Until the age of 15, I took care of them every day since my father and his wife were busy. From the age of 15 to 17, I actively participated in a summer camp organized by my church community. Throughout this program, I have taken the role of team group leader, overseeing the coordination of journeys and activities with breaks for snacks and lunch. The activities were ranked from cultural to educational, with various classes offered, allowing each child to choose their preferred sessions. After the summer program, the children were required to showcase what they had learned or created during the weeks based on their chosen activities. My responsibilities encompassed registering over 100 children for the camp, ensuring their safety and well-being, and fostering a positive environment, especially considering the emotional challenges some children faced during their separation from their parents
