Household Help in Newport (also available for babysitting)
My Summary
About Me
Hi I’m Kirsty! I’m a friendly, caring and reliable person with over 3 years’ experience working in schools, alongside over a decade of experience supporting children of all ages, from babies to teenagers.
I would describe myself as positive, nurturing and creative, with a patient and calm approach. I enjoy building strong, trusting relationships with children and creating a safe, supportive environment where they can feel comfortable and have fun.
I currently work flexibly in education, so my availability can vary slightly week to week, but I aim to be as reliable and communicative as possible when arranging bookings.
I offer babysitting and mother’s help, supporting families in a practical and calm way. This can include helping with childcare, keeping on top of household tasks such as tidying, laundry, and simple meal prep, as well as supporting daily routines and homework.
I have a heart for helping mum’s feel more supported day-to-day, whether that’s with the children or just easing the load at home.
I am DBS checked, emergency first aid trained, and always happy to meet beforehand for a coffee or chat to see if I’m the right fit for your family.
My Experience
I have a wide range of experience working with children of all ages, from babies to teenagers, across schools, nurseries, and church settings.

I am DBS checked and emergency first aid trained, with additional training in safeguarding, trauma-informed care, and supporting children with SEN.
