I am currently working as a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) at Shipley College, where I support students with a range of additional needs, including SEND, by adapting learning activities, encouraging engagement, and helping them achieve their educational and personal goals. I am passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of children and young people through compassionate, person-centred support.

Rida helps us once per week house sitting while my daughter is asleep in bed. Rida also helps with our ironing. She is always punctual, helpful and responsible.
