She reads your messages and engages, but then ignores requests for updates. This is unprofessional and a waste of time. A little courtesy and politeness go a long way. Not suitable for looking after children imo.

Not reliable

Started communication, then completely ghosted after reading my message asking for basic confirmation. Very unprofessional!! Poor communication and unreliable to be in charge of small children.

Ghosts you

You start a conversation with her, and then she completely ignores you. She initially replied, “Hi, thank you for your message. I am available evenings and weekends at the moment. Is this of any help to you? ” I responded, she read it and then nothing. Quite frustrating, and honestly a bit unreliable!
