About Me
I am a Classics PhD student at the University of St Andrews, living in Edinburgh, and am a big fan of anything to do with the ancient world! This is a great way to connect with kids and their natural curiosities. I also am an intermediate German speaker, and love books, cooking, baking, music, films, and tv shows (especially a bit of reality tv...)!
Spending time with kids is something I'm very used to, and I love watching movies with them or encouraging their imaginative spirits by playing games with them! I think it's really important that children are not reliant on screens!
My Experience
I have 13 years of childcare experience and am great with kids!
I have just finished au pairing for a year in Berlin, looking after a newborn, a 4 year old, and a 7 year old - so I'm used to a variety of ages!
I was a part time teaching assistant and have an advanced DBS check, so you can rest assured that your child will be looked after!
I have 3 little sisters and an older brother, so I have experience with kids of all ages! I'm really close with my sisters and had a big hand in their upbringing, which has really helped with my professional life as a lot of my jobs have been geared towards childcare or working with children/teenagers.

Bachelor of Arts (with honours) degree in Classical Studies - 2:1 / Upper Second Class
Masters in Classics - Distinction (1st)
A-Levels and GCSEs
