I recently graduated from Sussex University and come from a multicultural background, I'm Italian and South African, and I spent most of my life in Switzerland. As a result, I’m fluent in English, French, and Italian. I’m a kind, outgoing person with a playful spirit, which makes me naturally connect with children. I absolutely love getting involved in games and creative activities. I also have an 8-year-old younger brother, and I really enjoy learning from his curiosity and sharing in his sense of wonder about the world. Babysitting is something I genuinely enjoy, and I take pride in creating a fun, safe, and caring environment for kids.
My Experience
I began babysitting at 16 and have since gained experience caring for children between the ages of 2 and 8. For two years, I regularly looked after two young girls, helping with their morning routines before school and handling evening care — including dinner, bath time, and bedtime. I place a strong emphasis on safety, especially during school pickups and outings to the park or home. I’ve also cared for two older children (ages 6 and 8), supporting them with homework, creative play, and beginner piano lessons to encourage early musical development. Thanks to my fluency in English, French, and Italian, I was also able to introduce basic language tutoring through fun, age-appropriate games and activities, helping spark early interest in multilingual learning. Throughout my babysitting experience, I’ve built strong, trusting relationships with both children and parents, always bringing reliability, patience, and a nurturing approach to every role.
My Qualifications
- Over 4 years of hands-on childcare experience with children aged 2 to 8
- Multilingual fluency in English, French, and Italian — with experience introducing basic language skills through play and tutoring
- Experienced in routine care including preparing meals, assisting with hygiene, bedtime routines, and school drop-offs/pickups
- Safety-conscious and responsible, especially during outings and transitions between locations
- Skilled in educational support, ie. tutoring experience, including homework assistance and beginner piano instruction
- Strong interpersonal skills with both children and parents — patient, empathetic, and highly communicative
- Creative and engaging, able to plan and participate in age-appropriate games and learning activities

My Availability
As I have just graduated, so I am very free and flexible! I have a few trips planned in August with my family, but apart from that, I am available.
