Hello! My name is Diya. I am a 21 year old LLB Law student currently taking a year off for work experience and travel, both of which I value greatly. I have a lot of spare time, which I would love to spend doing a job I enjoy, such as babysitting.
I was born in the UK, but my family moved to Perth, Western Australia, when I was 2 years old. We lived there until 2019, when we moved back to the UK. Growing up in Australia exposed me to a range of opportunities, broadening my knowledge and perspectives on many different things.
I worked extremely hard to achieve excellent grades for GCSE despite disturbances to my education due to the covid pandemic, as well as achieving excellent grades for my A-levels
My hobbies include swimming, reading, and playing the violin, which I have been learning since I was 10 years old.
I would describe myself as extremely fun, friendly, and kind. I have a lot of patience, which makes me great with children.
My Experience
I have valuable babysitting experience looking after my younger siblings, cousins, and even neighbours' children. I’m comfortable with responsibilities such as school pick-ups and drop-offs, meal preparation, and helping with homework and extracurricular activities. I’m known for being kind, friendly, and fun, and I truly enjoy spending time with children, creating a positive and caring environment for them.
