Standard hourly rate: £12–£15 per hour (depending on number of children & duties)
Evening / Late-night (after 9pm): +£2 per hour
Overnight stays: £60–£80 (depending on time & children)
Special duties (meals, tutoring, extra travel, etc.): negotiated in advance
