My Experience
I have over five years of experience as a teaching assistant, supporting children and young people of all ages, from primary school to 16 to 18 year olds, at an educational club. During this time I have helped students with their learning facilitated creative activities, and provided both one on one and group support. In addition I have experience teaching English online to children aged 5 to 12 creating engaging and age-appropriate lessons that build language skills and confidence. I am skilled at combining educational support with fun activities, ensuring that children are motivated, challenged, and enjoying their learning experience.
My Qualifications
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a 150-hour TEFL qualification, equipping me with both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills to support effective teaching and learning. In addition to my formal qualifications, I bring strong language abilities: I am a native speaker of English and Turkish, have upper-intermediate proficiency in Arabic, and basic knowledge of Spanish (A1 level). These qualifications and multilingual skills enable me to connect with learners from diverse backgrounds and support them in developing their confidence and communication skills.
