My Experience
I have 7 years’ experience working with children and young people, including the past 3 years focusing specifically on toddlers as a nanny with SEN, especially autism and ADHD. My background includes supporting children’s development, helping teens navigate challenging years, and creating structured, positive environments where they can thrive. I’ve also worked as a Mental Health Support Worker, where I provided calming activities to help people focus and build confidence, and as a Maternity Support Worker, supporting new parents and their babies with patience, empathy, and strong communication skills. I am a qualified sleep specialist for children aged 0-5 and use many techniques dependent on your little one but none of them include any ‘crying it out’
