I am a dedicated professional with strong communication and time management skills With over 10 years of experience working with children aged 2–14 and a proven record of professionalism and reliability. Most recently, I served as Lead Playground Assistant in a private School, where I was responsible for promoting inclusive play, supporting pupils’ wellbeing, and ensuring a safe, positive playground environment. In this role, I developed strong communication, observation, and leadership skills.
Over the past 5 years I also provided childcare to a family with two siblings my duties were to drop off and pick up kids from school and take them to activities.
My experiences have taught me that building trust and open communication with both children and parents is at the heart of effective childcare. I believe these bonds are key to helping children thrive, and I am committed to maintaining that sense of connection and openness.
In addition to my hands-on childcare experience, I bring a background in administration and customer service gained through previous positions.
