My Experience

I have five years experience working with children aged 0-12 through The Outdoors Project. My current role is as a delivery leader which means I am the primary instructor in the team for any key requirements. My responsibilities include delivering children’s clubs focused on outdoors learning, supervising a team of instructors to ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children , and designing engaging activities for pre-school and primary school aged groups. I also liaise with parents regarding behaviour and engagement, always maintaining a positive and supportive approach. Through this role, I’ve built strong professional relationships and contributed to children’s development during a crucial stage of their lives.
