She demonstrates a strong understanding of the importance of early development, supporting young minds with patience, warmth, and enthusiasm. At the same time, she remains mindful of safeguarding, structure, and the professional standards expected within an early years setting.
Over the past few years, Amy has been a consistent and valued presence for our family. She has supported our children, now aged 5 and 18 months, with kindness, encouragement, and genuine care. Her ability to build trusting relationships with children is evident—if you ask our daughter Mollie (5) about Amy, she will simply tell you that she is “good and kind,” which speaks volumes.
We wholeheartedly recommend Amy. She has been amazing for our family, and we have every confidence that she will continue to positively impact the lives of the children she works with.
