My Experience

I have extensive hands on childcare experience, both professionally and personally. I have worked privately with families, caring for children of various ages from birth through to young adulthood. My responsibilities have included establishing daily routines, preparing meals, supporting early development, organising activities, school runs, homework support, and bedtime routines.
As a single mother of two, I have raised my children independently, which has strengthened my ability to manage multiple responsibilities, remain calm under pressure, and provide consistent, nurturing care.
I also have experience supporting children with special needs, adapting my approach to meet individual requirements with patience, understanding, and compassion. I am confident managing different personalities and creating a safe, structured, and loving environment where children can thrive.

My Qualifications

I hold GCSE qualifications including English and Maths and have extensive hands on childcare experience. I have a full driving licence, allowing me to assist with school runs and outings. I am also willing to complete Paediatric First Aid training to further support families’ peace of mind. My experience includes caring for children from birth to young adulthood, including those with special educational needs.
