Hello and welcome ?
My name is Kenechi, and I provide a warm, safe and caring home-based childcare service where children are encouraged to learn, grow in confidence and feel valued within a nurturing environment.
As an Ofsted-registered Childminder, I understand the importance of trust when choosing childcare. I therefore aim to build strong relationships with both children and parents through open communication, patience, reliability and a structured yet welcoming approach to care.
I offer flexible childcare support including:

I also have healthcare and complex care training and experience supporting children with varying individual needs, including children with SEN/additional needs. My focus is always on providing quality, inclusive and emotionally supportive care tailored to each child’s wellbeing, development and happiness.
Alongside childcare training including Paediatric First Aid , Safeguarding and others, I also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and an MBA in Management, bringing professionalism, organisation and dedication into my childcare setting.
My setting is located close to local parks and nature reserve areas, allowing children opportunities to enjoy outdoor walks, fresh air and nature-based activities within a calm and family-friendly environment.
Depending on the childcare arrangement, activities may include:

Meals may be available at an additional fee, or parents may provide packed meals/lunches for their child.
Childcare hours may vary depending on availability and individual family requirements. Early mornings, after-school care and weekend daytime care may be accommodated by prior arrangement.
Funded childcare is accepted for eligible children, subject to government rules and eligibility requirements.

My Experience
I have experience caring for and supporting children in safe, nurturing and structured environments, with a strong understanding of children’s wellbeing, routines, development and learning through play. I am passionate about creating a warm environment where children feel secure, valued and encouraged to grow in confidence.
As both a parent and childcare professional, I understand the importance of providing reliable, caring and child-focused support for families. I enjoy helping children develop communication, independence, creativity and social skills through positive interaction and engaging activities.
In addition to mainstream childcare experience, I also have healthcare, complex care and special needs support training and experience, which has strengthened my understanding of safeguarding, emotional wellbeing and children’s individual needs.
I am committed to providing flexible, high-quality home-based childcare in a warm and supportive environment.
My Qualifications
Ofsted Registered Childminder with up-to-date training in Paediatric First Aid, Safeguarding Children, Health & Safety, Food Hygiene, and Allergy Awareness. Additional training in SEND Awareness, and Positive Behaviour Support. Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and an MBA in Management. Passionate about providing safe, nurturing childcare that supports children’s wellbeing, learning and development in a structured home environment.
My Availability
Flexible availability including part-time, ad hoc, weekends, school holidays, bank holidays and short-notice care where possible. Availability may vary weekly, so early booking is recommended. No overnight care.
My Fees
- Childminding from £9.00 per hour
Affordable and competitive childcare rates tailored to individual family needs. Fees start from £9 per hour and vary depending on hours, days, and type of care required.
