I work hard and I work honestly.
Fully qualified Montessori teacher, with a Level 4 in Montessori Pedagogy from Montessori Centre International, with multiple years experience working at Westwood Montessori and in a range of school settings.
Mum to two boys, now aged 9 and 16.
I am also an RHS level 2 qualified gardener and Floriculturist, and have spent the last few years working on a flower farm on the Essex Suffolk border, which has been immensely enjoyable.
I also provide admin support to my husband who runs a successful web marketing business.
I enjoy running marathons, and love adventure- be that at home or further afield in our trusty t4 campervan!
My Experience
Across my experience at Westwood Montessori and in a range of educational settings - whilst also being a mum myself - it has been a privilege to be a facilitator of children’s learning and development, fostering their independence and empowering them to make their own decisions, whilst offering guidance and support where necessary. I love how a child looks at life - I think if we could all do well to look at life through the lens of a child, counting the spots on ladybirds, and never losing that appreciation for and innocence of life.
