Hi! My name is Lia, and I'm 20, studying Sociology at university in Southampton. I'm going into my third year and I have just returned from spending 4 months studying in CanadaI think people would describe me as kind, loyal, trustworthy, patient and fun! In my spare time I like to play piano, run and spend time with my friends. I am also fluent in French.
My Experience
Before studying, I was an au pair for 3 lovely kids (ages 2,8,10). During my time with them my role was to look after the children before and after school. This included meal times, getting them ready for school/the day, preparing lunches, helping with homework, playtime and doing bedtime, as well as helping with the housework around the home. Furthermore, I have frequent experience in babysitting children of all ages, and doing housework for those I have looked after. Alongside this I have worked in a shoe store for kids, and as a French teaching assistant, teaching French to children.
My Qualifications
Although I don't have any formal qualifications, I have been DBS checked previously, and would be comfortable renewing it if a family requires so.
My Availability
My availability is very flexible. My university hours are roughly 4 hours for three days a week. Once I do know my knew schedule for the upcoming academic year, I will update here. I am also free weekends, early mornings and evenings!
My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
early mornings (before 7am)- £17 per hour
daytimes and evenings- £15 per hour
late night (from 10pm)- £20 per hour
