I have over 5 years' professional experience working in children's residential homes, supporting children with a wide range of needs and providing high-quality care in challenging situations. Before this, I worked with both children and adults with learning disabilities, helping them with daily routines and encouraging their independence. Alongside my professional experience, I have also worked privately as a nanny, caring for children in their own homes and supporting families with day-to-day childcare.
