My Experience

I have experience caring for children within my family and wider family network, including children aged 3 and above. This has given me experience supervising children, keeping them entertained, helping with routines and making sure they are safe and comfortable.

A significant part of my experience with children has also been through tutoring. I have tutored children academically and have experience explaining tasks clearly, supporting children with their learning, keeping them engaged and adapting my approach to their individual needs. This has also helped me develop patience, responsibility and good communication when working with children.

Together, these experiences have made me comfortable working independently with children and adapting to different ages, personalities and needs.

My Qualifications

- Over 1.5 years of tutoring experience with children and young people under 18
- Experience tutoring children across primary and secondary school ages
- Experience with informal babysitting for up to three children under 10
- Extensive informal experience caring for and supervising children through family and wider personal networks
- Experienced in supporting children with learning, homework and activities
- Confident caring for multiple children and supervising them independently

My Availability

My availability is flexible and can vary from week to week around my university schedule.

I am generally available for daytime, evening and weekend babysitting, including occasional and short-notice requests where my schedule allows. I can also consider overnight childcare depending on the specific arrangements and timing.

For regular or long-term childcare, I am happy to discuss the family's required days and hours in advance and work out a schedule that fits around my university commitments.

My availability is not fixed, so I recommend getting in touch with the dates and times you need and I can confirm whether I am available.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £11.00 per hour

My babysitting fee starts from £10–£12 per hour, depending on the child's age, number of children, hours required and level of responsibility involved.

I am happy to discuss and agree a rate with each family depending on what they need. For example, a straightforward booking involving supervision of an older child may have a different rate from caring for multiple younger children and managing additional responsibilities such as school or nursery pick-ups, homework, activities, meals and bedtime routines.

I am also happy to discuss rates for regular, long-term, overnight or short-notice bookings. My fees are flexible and can be agreed in advance so that expectations are clear for both the family and myself.
