My name is Derya I’m 41 and a single mother of two children a 13 year old daughter and 6 year old son. I have raised them on my own since they were 1 years old. Given my extensive hands on experience in caring for children of different ages.
I am confident in all aspects of childcare, including looking after babies and young children, preparing meals, cleaning, helping with homework, and supporting children with their daily routines and activities. Raising my own children has taught me patience, being responsible and most importantly creating a safe, caring and nurturing environment.
I am a caring reliable and supportive person , who genuinely enjoys spending time with children and helping families wherever I can. I am flexible with my availability and can work a variety of days and times to suit your needs.
My Experience
Whilst working part time in a nursing I was responsible for supporting the daily care and development of young children, in a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment.
My responsibilities included: supervising and ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all children. Assisting with daily routines such as meal times, toileting, handwashing, and naps. Planning and taking part in educational and creative activities, including arts and crafts, storytelling, music, and outdoor play. Encouraging children learning, social skills, independent and emotional development. Maintaining a clean and organised environment. Supporting children with their individual needs and promoting inclusion. Helping to prepare learning materials and set up activities for the day.
My Qualifications
I have first aid qualification and worked with SEND schools as part of my training whilst working in recruitment
My Availability
I’m available immediately, flexible with days and time on a part time and full time basis.
My Fees
- Babysitting from £15.00 per hour
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (gross)
