My Summary

My Experience

I have several years of experience working with children in both nursery and primary school settings. Most recently, I worked as a Year 1 Class Teacher from March to July 2026, planning engaging activities, supporting children's learning, and promoting their emotional wellbeing. From September 2026, I will be working as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, providing personalised support to a child with additional needs. I also have experience supporting children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including autism, speech and language needs, and social, emotional, and behavioural needs. I am confident caring for children, encouraging positive behaviour, helping with daily routines, and creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment.

My Qualifications

I have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience working within Early Years and Key Stage 1 settings. I hold a DBS check and have completed safeguarding training. I have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including children with additional learning, communication, and emotional needs. I am trained in phonics (Read Write Inc.) and have a strong understanding of child development, early education, and creating safe, nurturing environments for children.

My Availability

I currently work as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in a primary school in Worcester, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm. I am available for childcare support during evenings, weekends, and school holidays. I am flexible, reliable, and happy to support families with babysitting, after-school care, and weekend childcare needs.

My Fees

• Babysitting from £15.00 per hour

My fees are flexible and can be discussed depending on the type of childcare required, number of children, hours, and responsibilities involved. I aim to provide high-quality, reliable childcare and support that meets each family’s individual needs.
