About Me
I live in the beautiful village of Lambley and have over 30 years’ experience working with children. NIGHT CARE available. I absolutely love what I do and am excited to be getting back into nannying and providing families with the kind of reliable, caring support that makes family life a little easier.
I currently work as a Teaching Assistant in an academy, and throughout my career I have worked with children in both primary schools and academies. I have experience supporting children with different needs, personalities and abilities, and I understand how important it is for children to feel safe, listened to and cared for.
I’m a confident driver and can offer school pick-ups and drop-offs, as well as taking children to after-school clubs, activities and other appointments. I’m also available for weekend childcare and occasional additional help where required.
A little about me
I’m active, reliable, trustworthy and very loyal. I enjoy getting out and about with children rather than simply sitting indoors, and I’m always happy to encourage children to be active, have fun and enjoy new experiences.
I have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, Paediatric First Aid certification and up-to-date training in Safeguarding and Child Protection. I also have plenty of references from previous childcare and school roles, and I’m happy to provide these to prospective families.
After more than 30 years working with children, childcare is something I genuinely enjoy and take great pride in. I understand that choosing someone to care for your children is a huge decision, and I would always aim to give parents complete confidence that their children are in safe, caring and capable hands.
I’m looking forward to meeting a lovely family and hopefully becoming someone they can trust, rely on and feel completely comfortable having as part of their childcare arrangements. I also offer OVERNIGHT care.
