About Me
Hi! I’m a friendly, caring and responsible university student with healthcare placement experience. Through my placements, I’ve developed strong communication skills, patience and the ability to stay calm in different situations while providing compassionate care.
I enjoy spending time with children and creating a safe, fun and engaging environment where they can learn and feel supported. I’m happy to help with playtime, homework, preparing simple meals and light household tasks related to the children. I’m reliable, organised and understand the importance of building trust with both children and parents. I always aim to provide attentive, kind and dependable care, giving families peace of mind while their children are in safe hands.
My Experience
I have lots of experience babysitting and looking after children, mainly through caring for my family members’ children, as well as children of neighbours and family friends. I have looked after children of different ages and have experience keeping them entertained, playing with them, helping with meals and making sure they are safe and comfortable. I really enjoy being around children and genuinely love looking after them. I’m patient, caring and responsible, and I always try to make sure the children feel happy, comfortable and listened to while they are in my care. I’m also happy to help with their daily routines and anything else they may need while their parents are away.
My Qualifications
I am currently taking a gap year from university, having completed two years of my degree. Before university, I completed my A Levels in Biology, Chemistry and Business. I also completed my GCSEs, including English Language, English Literature, Maths, Combined Science, Religious Education, History, Geography and Graphic Design. My education has helped me develop strong communication, organisation, problem-solving and time-management skills, as well as the ability to work independently and responsibly.
