My Summary
About Me
Hi! I'm Anna-Sofia, a friendly, enthusiastic and reliable qualified primary school teacher with a genuine passion for working with children!
I'm a warm, patient and energetic person who loves creating a nurturing environment where children feel happy, safe and supported. Whether it's helping with homework, getting creative with arts and crafts, enjoying outdoor adventures or keeping little ones entertained, I'm always happy to get involved!
I also have experience supporting children with additional learning needs and understand the importance of adapting my approach to each child's individual personality and needs.
I'm based in Tunbridge Wells and available for babysitting, childcare and tutoring in the surrounding areas. I look forward to meeting you and your little ones!
My Experience
I have extensive experience caring for and supporting children of different ages, having worked in primary schools and nurseries across Tunbridge Wells and the surrounding areas. Alongside my teaching experience, I have spent two summers working as a camp counsellor in the USA, organising exciting activities, games, sports and creative sessions while ensuring children's safety and wellbeing.
I have also worked with Stagecoach Performing Arts, supporting children in dance, drama and singing sessions. With a background in performing arts, I particularly enjoy encouraging creativity, building children's confidence and making activities fun and engaging!
My Qualifications
I recently graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a First-Class Honours degree in Primary Teacher Education and achieved Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). I'm DBS-checked, hold a full UK driving licence and have First Aid and CPR training.
