About Me
Hi there? my name is Betsie and I am fun, chilled and caring person ready to step into something I enjoy. All my life I have been brought up around younger children, with my mum working in childcare for over 25 years, my weekends and holidays consisted of going into work with her, looking after children from age 6 weeks, picking up vital skills and talents along the way. As I became older and started to make decisions for myself I decided childcare was for me, it makes me happy, like I don’t have to work a day in my life because I enjoy making little ones happy, watching them grow but most importantly keeping them safe. I truly have a passion for helping parents out and making there life easier by doing something I love ??
My Experience
Within my 18 years I have had many opportunities to experience childcare settings like no other, from work experience in a busy nursery, spending school holidays in a popular crèche located in Chigwell. I was able to experience and work in these settings from a young age with my mum teaching me all the tips and tricks I needed to know. I loved it so much I decided to take it as a course ( level 2 childcare) where I received an A*. This course was so fun and something I was interested in( not like science or geography) I was sad when it was over! I have also recently just had a DBS check. My experience might not be as extensive as some however I have a passion like no other, my dream is to be a mum myself someday and my aim to is to keep your little ones safe, laughing and educating them to make them the best they can be!
My Qualifications
I currently have a A* in my level 2 childcare course, a food and preparation certificate, DBS check and all major GCSE if your little one needs help with homework!
My Availability
I currently work part time in London however have lots of spare time on my hands where I am happy to help! I currently work till 1 on a Tuesday so back in time for any afternoon chores you may need. I am available all day Wednesday and Thursday, along with all day Saturday and Sunday ?
My Fees
- Babysitting from £18.00 per hour
I am not looking to charge a fortune as I know it is difficult enough without having that extra worry however I have based my price including petrol money and any extra expenses I will make during my working hours ? my price may differ depending on how many children however that is something we can figure out!
