Fantastic childcare provider

We had a wonderful experience with Rashi and her team. My toddler attended for around six weeks, and during that time I could see how caring, patient, and dedicated they really were. They created a warm, safe, and welcoming environment where my child felt happy and comfortable.

Communication was always excellent, and I was kept updated on my toddler's day, which gave me great peace of mind. It was clear that they genuinely care about the children and put a lot of thought into providing fun and engaging activities every week.

I would happily recommend this childminder to any parent looking for a nurturing and reliable childcare setting. Thank you for taking such good care of my little one!

Caring & Trustworthy Childminder we will use again

Our daughter attended Miss Rashi's childcare setting from early March 2026 until July 2026, attending half days from Monday to Thursday, and we have been extremely happy with the care and support she received throughout that time. One of my biggest concerns as a mum was transitioning my daughter from having a 1:1 nanny at home into a more formal childcare environment. Like many parents, I had heard stories—even about highly sought-after nurseries—relating to security concerns, cleanliness, and other incidents that naturally make you question where your child will be safest and happiest. Those concerns led us to choose a childminder in a home setting before considering a larger nursery, and I can honestly say we have absolutely no regrets with that decision. From the very beginning, it felt like a close-knit family rather than simply a childcare setting, with a genuinely warm, gentle, and nurturing atmosphere that immediately put us at ease.

Communication was consistently proactive, responsive, and transparent, and any questions or concerns we raised were always acknowledged and addressed promptly. We especially appreciated the partnership they built with us as parents - not only keeping us informed about our daughter's progress, but also providing constructive feedback on her development and behaviour, which helped us support her learning at home. The setting offers a wonderful variety of planned activities, monthly learning themes that are shared with parents so learning can be reinforced at home, regular outdoor play in a lovely outdoor space, educational homework, field trips, and celebrations that make children feel special, including memorable birthday celebrations.

We also appreciated the healthy routines they encouraged, from singing songs and positive social interactions to developing good eating habits and offering nutritious meals, with weekly menus shared in advance and allergies carefully accommodated. The setting was always clean, organised, and felt incredibly safe, giving us complete peace of mind that our daughter was in caring and capable hands. Over the months she built beautiful relationships not only with Miss Rashi but with the whole team, and it was evident how much genuine affection and care they showed towards her.

We also valued how any concerns involving interactions with other children were taken seriously, monitored carefully, and regularly communicated back to us, reinforcing the feeling that parents and staff were working together as one team. Expectations around punctual drop-offs and pick-ups were clear and well managed, which contributed to a smooth and organised environment. The childcare was also one of the more affordable options in the area without compromising on quality, safety, or the standard of care. If there was one area we would suggest for further development, it would be providing even more dedicated age-specific learning, particularly around early reading and phonics, to ensure children in different age groups receive targeted educational support.

Our daughter is only leaving because our family is taking some time out to travel, and we fully intend to return when we are back, we won't be looking elsewhere. We have absolutely no regrets in choosing Miss Rashi's childcare and would confidently recommend this setting to any parent looking for a safe, loving, engaging, and supportive environment for their child, especially for families who may feel anxious about making the transition from home-based care into childcare for the first time.

Special mention - A heartfelt thank you to Miss Mihayla for her professionalism and dedication, Miss Manu for her warmth and comforting hugs that made our daughter feel so loved, and Miss Navi for always being so gentle, kind, and friendly. Together with Miss Rashi, they created a nurturing environment where our daughter felt safe, happy, and genuinely cared for every day.

A caring, professional, and dedicated childm

I had the pleasure of working with Rashi for 6 years, and during that time I saw first-hand how much love, care, and dedication she gives to every child. Later, my own son joined her setting, which made me appreciate her even more—not just as a colleague, but as a parent.

My son’s confidence, behaviour, and eating habits improved so much while he was with Rashi. He always felt safe, happy, and excited to go each day. She creates such a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment where every child is treated like family and encouraged to learn and grow at their own pace.

Even after leaving the setting, my son still talks about Rashi and misses being there. That says so much about the positive impact she has on the children she cares for.

I’m also still in touch with all my former colleagues, and especially with Rashi, because the setting always felt like a close-knit family. I would wholeheartedly recommend Rashi to any parent looking for a caring, trustworthy, and dedicated childminder. Your child will be in the best hands.

Extremely Disappointing Childcare Experience

We consistently experienced negative communication around normal baby routines, especially sleep patterns, rather than supportive childcare solutions.
If baby isn’t sleeping in the time she decided as nap time, she will complaint saying THEY ARE NOT GETTING REST. She aint flexible at all.
Do we play for them to rest or for our babies to look after?

Instead of feeling reassured as parents, it was always otherwise.
Childcare should focus on supporting a child’s needs with care, patience, and flexibility. Unfortunately, our expectations in these areas were not met.

Communication throughout the process was also disappointing. Important matters regarding notice periods were unclear. The final termination communication being sent immediately after pick-up via message, rather than discussed professionally face-to-face, felt particularly unprofessional. She terminated the contract without giving any notice.

We were also disappointed by comments implying our dietary requirements were an inconvenience. Despite we regularly providing our child’s meals and snacks ourselves, communication around food concerns and menu queries was often ignored. SHE IS NOT FLEXIBLE WITH ANYTHING. She has her own rules and all babies cannot follow same - she doesn’t know this.

After speaking with other parents and comparing experiences with other childcare providers, we feel confident that this setting was not the right fit for our family.

We believe parents deserve transparency, professionalism, respectful communication, and genuine support for their child’s individual needs. Sadly, this was not our experience.

We immediately change to a professional nursery and could see drastic development in our child. This made us happy and my baby always came with a smile from the new nursery from week 1 which was always otherwise at Rashi’s even after 1.5 months.

We would not recommend this setting based on our personal experience.

Great childminder

I am very happy with Rashi Childminder. My child is 6 years old, and this was his first time going to a childminder during the school holidays. At first, it was difficult, but now I am completely stress-free because he loves going to Rashi’s place.

In my opinion, Rashi is the best at looking after children. She is kind, patient, and very professional. My child always felt safe and comfortable, and I could see real progress in his confidence and learning.

Communication was excellent. I was always kept informed about daily activities and received photos and videos showing how much my child was enjoying his time. I would highly recommend Rashi to any parent looking for a reliable and caring childminder.

A truly great choice for your child!

Rashi is simply the best!
As every parent, when it’s time for your child to start day care, I was super uncomfortable and worried whether I was making the right choice. However it turned out I have done the best choice.
The care Rashi and her helpers provided was warm and loving.
My son started right before he was 2 years old and was there for 3 years.
Never have I ever had doubts my most precious in life was in good hands. He was very well looked after although he wasn’t one of the easy kids at times. Rashi loves her kids, it’s home away from home.

A Truly Wonderful Daycare-Highly Recommended

As a first-time mom, I was anxious about daycare, but Rashi and her amazing team, especially Navi and Manu, made the transition so smooth. They make sure my little one eats well, sleeps well, and is cared for with so much love. Rashi also communicates a lot with parents, always wanting to understand the child better and support us as well.
She plans activities based on each child’s stage and interests, and within a month my 18-month-old started counting 1–20, recognizing colors and shapes, and expressing her likes confidently. She even started going happily without any fuss!

Rashi also helps with potty training, which has been such a relief. The daycare celebrates all festivals, something very important to me, and encourages crafts, surprises, and creativity.
Overall, it’s a warm, friendly place where kids truly grow and thrive. Highly recommended! 💛

You'll be so glad you chose Rashi 💕

As a first time mum who struggled with a lot of anxiety in the early days, finding the right childminder felt daunting. Rashi was the first one I met, and from our first meeting, I knew my daughter would be in the best hands. She instantly put me at ease, talked me through her decades worth of experience, and walked me through what a typical day would look like for my daughter who just turned 2 at the time. Upon my daughters, first few weeks at the setting, Rashi would make it a priority to reassure me every single day with multiple pictures and videos of my daughters day, which truly meant the world to me and eased my anxiety.

Her warmth, professionalism, and experience shine through in everything she does. Not only did she provide the most loving, nurturing environment for my daughter, but she also shared so many valuable parenting tips that helped me grow in confidence as a mum.

Her wonderful team of staff also brought great reassurance, each child receives such attentive, one to one care, and you can see how genuinely invested they all are in every child’s happiness and development.

My daughter absolutely thrived under her care, from speech development, to potty training, to learning to count etc, no stone was left unturned when it came to her personal growth. It was such a blessing knowing she was surrounded by people who genuinely cared for her so much. She left there well equipped and now thriving in her new school. I’ll forever be grateful for the support, guidance and peace of mind Rashi and the team gave me and my daughter and miss them dearly. I couldn’t recommend her highly enough 💕

A great environment for a kid to grow

We are incredibly grateful for Rashi’s childcare, where our son has thrived. From the moment we enrolled our son, we felt reassured by Rashi’s professionalism, warmth, and dedication. Rashi and her team created a nurturing and stimulating environment, helping our son grow both academically and socially. We saw remarkable progress in his communication skills, confidence, and independence, thanks to the care and attention the team provided to him. A truly caring Second Mother

We feel so lucky that we chose Rashi as the childminder for our son. When we first found out about her, we were very worried because our child spoke very little, and in other nurseries or with other childminders we didn’t feel any real support. It often felt like they were just doing it for money, not from the heart.

But when we met Rashi, she welcomed us so warmly and reassured us like a mother. She said, “Send him for a few days, let me see how he is, and I will help him.” From that moment, we saw such a difference. Step by step, with her care, patience, and constant encouragement, our son started improving. She always treated him with so much love, as if he were her own child, and she also guided us as parents motivating us on how to support him better at home.

Rashi put in so much effort herself and gave our child a motherly, caring environment. Sadly, we now have to move him to school, otherwise we would have happily continued with her. From the bottom of our hearts, we would recommend every parent to give Rashi a chance once you do, you will see why we call her the best.

As parents, we always want the best for our child. With Rashi, we got more than the best. We are so thankful for all the love, care, and support she gave to our son and to us as a family.
